Slim and Beach Bikini Ready
Slim and Beach Bikini Ready. Beach Body Ready in 30 Days. As the longer nights begin and the temperature slowly rises, it’s easy to notice a dramatic peak in specific search terms on Google. Four words repeatedly come up. Slim, Sun, Beach and Bikini. You don’t need to be Einstein to work out why they float to the top just as the seasons start to change. It coincides with the weather slowly becoming warmer, the days gradually longer and thoughts of that long-awaited beach holiday.
So, summer approaches, and, as we are sure you know, at that time of year, just about everybody is starting to think about how they are going to get their beach body looking its best. Every advert on the TV, radio and in the press is offering almost too good to be true beach holidays. Every advert is accompanied by photos of amazing beaches, turquoise water, clear blue sky, and happy families. And, of course, they all show images of ‘body-perfect’ people in their swimsuits.
On this page we are going to share with you a few approaches to weight loss that you can introduce into your daily life immediately, ensuring you have the optimum chance of looking stunning next summer, or whenever you take a holiday. We will also introduce you to our 2022, Award- Winning Psychology-Focused Permanent Weight Loss Treatment. It’s medically endorsed, and based around 15,000 1:1 clinical hours of experience. Slim and Beach Bikini Ready.
Back to the Slim, Sun, Beach and Bikini topic. It never fails to surprise us, even after all the years that we have been working in the weight loss arena, how so many people repeatedly wait until around ten weeks before their planned holiday and then decide, almost at the last minute, that they need to lose weight. And then, of course, they usually want and expect to achieve it overnight.
It’s very similar to the almost predictable, pre-Christmas rush to lose weight, to get into the ‘Little Black Dress’. Everyone has known for twelve months the date of Christmas. And yet they go into a frenzy, saying things like: ‘Oh, it has caught us out this year!’ Or, the even more humorous: ‘How can it be Christmas already?’ They have known the date for 350-plus days, or at least they should have. With the holiday season fast approaching, you may also like to read our blog post: “How to look slimmer in your holiday snaps.”
The more time you have to lose weight ahead of your holiday, the better. The ‘slower the better’ is a beautiful mantra around dieting. The more time you have, the less stress you will be under, and stress is certainly not a dieter’s friend at any time. Also, of course, excess weight that is lost slowly is more likely to stay off, as opposed to weight lost through crash dieting, which often returns faster than it left.
So how many weeks do you have until you take the dust off your suitcase and start packing? The next thing you need to know is how many pounds you want to lose before you depart. It goes without saying that honesty and common sense must be applied at this point.
If a person ‘locks on’ to their diet and is 100% committed, then a weight loss of around two pounds per week is achievable for most people. So, for example, if you want to lose 40 pounds and have around twenty weeks, then it’s possible. You will, of course, need to remain focused and determined. You will probably need to steer clear of alcohol for the duration of the weight-loss phase.
Hopefully, you will give this a try yourself, but understand that it’s not a good idea to ask yourself: “Do I WANT to eat this?” Because your answer will often be: “Well, yes! Of course, I WANT to eat it!” In reality, it’s not really a helpful question to ask. As a result, you are making it harder for yourself to make an informed decision. A more informed question could be: “Do I need to eat Pizza right now? Am I actually hungry?” And then your answer may be: “Well, no, it’s not necessary or essential for me to eat right now because, thinking about it, I’m not physically hungry!”
So don’t waste your time on the wrong questions. Strive to ask yourself the right question, and that way, you will always end up with the correct answer! Your body NEEDS certain essential nutrients to survive, but pizza….
At the end of the day, the outcome will be dictated by the choices you make over the twenty weeks. It is a medical and scientific fact that using the above scenario; you can definitely go on holiday 40 pounds lighter. Alternatively, of course, you can choose to have a pizza and a couple of glasses of wine tonight. But, be assured, you cannot have both. You can go on holiday either at the same weight you are now or possibly weighing even more…Or you can give in and enjoy the pizza…You choose.
We are proud to have shared a stage with Professor Zimbardo of Stanford University several times. In his book, The Time Paradox, he talks about ‘instant’ versus ‘delayed’ gratification. The above scenario is a perfect example. You can have the instant pleasure and gratification of a slice of pizza with a glass of wine right now. Or you can go for the delayed pleasure and gratification of going on holiday 40 pounds lighter. It is true that any pleasure you obtain from eating the pizza will last for less than five minutes, but you could argue that the pleasure of losing the 40 pounds and the memories may last potentially a lifetime. Slim and Beach Bikini Ready.
Those who are serious about losing weight need to focus their mind on stopping, or pressing pause on their life, for just a few seconds, and then take that time to really think: “Do I need another slice of pizza, or do I just want another slice of pizza? Will having the pizza take me closer to, or further away from, my beach holiday dream? Being aware of the fundamental difference between “Wants and Needs” is vital for anyone who seriously intends to lose weight. They need to be able to appreciate the difference between the two options and then put this into practice around food. Wants tend to represent wishes and desires, whereas needs represent necessities or essentials.
So, it is almost a no-brainer, don’t you think? Sadly, in reality, it is the downfall of most dieters, usually because they never stop and think about the consequences of the actions they are about to take. The number one word in the dieter’s dictionary has always been ‘consequence’. Most people grasp that everything we say or do in life has a consequence. It may be a large life-changing one, or it may be a small, insignificant one, but understand there will be a consequence for every single action or thought you have in life.

Navigating the Pre-Holiday Rush: Setting Realistic Goals. Planning for weight loss well in advance of your beach holiday is a strategic move. Rushing to shed those extra pounds a few weeks before your trip often leads to unrealistic expectations. As we’ve mentioned, the ‘slower the better’ is a wise approach to dieting. This mantra not only minimizes stress but also increases the likelihood of maintaining the achieved weight loss. Setting realistic goals, like aiming for a steady two pounds per week, allows for a more sustainable and healthier weight loss journey.
The Power of Mindful Eating: Asking the Right Questions. The journey to a beach-ready body extends beyond mere dieting; it involves cultivating a mindful approach to eating. Rather than asking yourself if you want to eat something, consider whether you need to eat it. This simple shift in questioning encourages a moment of reflection on hunger cues rather than impulsive desires. It’s about recognizing the difference between wants and needs, helping you make informed decisions that align with your weight loss goals.
Delayed Gratification for Long-Term Success. Drawing inspiration from the concept of delayed gratification, it’s crucial to weigh the immediate pleasure of indulging in a slice of pizza against the long-term satisfaction of achieving your weight loss goals. Professor Zimbardo’s insights emphasize the importance of making choices that align with your aspirations. While the joy from eating that pizza might be fleeting, the pleasure derived from reaching your beach holiday at a healthier weight could be a lasting and rewarding experience. Understanding the distinction between wants and needs empowers you to make choices that propel you toward your beach-ready dream rather than further away from it.

Beach Body Ready in 30 Days
Tip No. 1 – Only Eat When You’re Hungry!
This has to be our number one, golden rule when it comes to achieving successful weight loss. In our experience, most overweight people eat for many different reasons, other than physical hunger. But, if you allow your emotions to control your eating habits, then it is unlikely that you will be able to control your weight as a result. So, before you reach for anything to eat, stop and ask yourself first if you physically NEED to eat, or you just WANT to…
Tip No. 2 – Use a Smaller Plate!
You’ve probably heard this many times before, but it’s a fact that people who use larger plates tend to eat more food than those who eat from smaller plates. Remember the famous Delboeuf optical illusion, because a small portion of food looks more generous when served on a smaller size plate. If you stick to our mantra, “always go for quality over quantity”, then you will definitely lose weight much more easily.
Tip No. 3 – Drink a Glass or Two of Water Before Your Meal!
Reduce Your Calorie Intake by over 20% with almost no effort! Research results, published by Harvard Medical showed that people who drank two large glasses of water, just before eating, consumed, on average, around 20% less food than previously. This is possible as a result of the stretching and fullness sensation in the stomach.

Our psychology-focused weight loss programme provides a ‘Psychological Reset’ for those wishing to lose weight. The programme incorporates an updated version of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, TCBT, which is the subject of our bestselling book, published globally by Hay House. Professor Windy Dryden of Goldsmiths University in London endorsed the book, and Professor Philip Zimbardo of Stanford University in the USA wrote the foreword. We also incorporate the latest developments around Neuroplasticity and Neuro-Linguistic Programming along with many other disciplines. One component of our psychology-focused weight loss programme provides a ‘Psychological Reset’. At this statement, ‘Psychological Reset,’ we have observed many people raising their eyebrows; see below.
Let me give you a couple of examples: the programme will allow you to make a number of simple cognitive changes in your thought processes…small changes that deliver ‘massive results’. For example, think for a moment how different your relationship with food and weight loss would be if we re-programmed your subconscious mind to effortlessly replace the word “want” with the word “need”?
The result: imagine you are out having dinner with friends, ordering a burger. Instead of hearing the waiter asking: “Do you ‘want’ fries with that?” without thinking, you hear and automatically process the question as: “Do you ‘need’ fries with that?” Things would be very different, right? You see, at a cognitive level, we process those words differently. Later, maybe the waiter says, do you ‘want’ another glass of wine? You, of course, hear and cognitively process the word stream as do you ‘need’ another glass of wine. You can watch an animated video explaining ‘Want and Need’ and how it works at the bottom of this page.
Another ‘fix’ in the programme relates to just why people eat. So, during the programme, you will be asked when was the last time you ate in response to actual, physical hunger. Most people say: “Thinking about it, I haven’t been physically hungry for years”. And so we ask them: “Do you ever eat when you are bored, stressed, tired, lonely, depressed, sad, to reward yourself, when watching TV, or maybe just to please someone else?” Then, we do another reset, and so it goes on…Slim and Beach Bikini Ready.
