Does this Work?
1. I want to proceed and purchase the course, can you explain (in simple English) the steps I need to take?
Purchasing and downloading your My Weigh Less Course is simple and straightforward and can be completed in just a few steps.
5 Simple Steps to Follow
Step 1. Firstly, click on the “Buy Now” link, either at the top, or the bottom of each page.
Step 2. Then scroll down the page and you will see that you can purchase the full course (Best Value), or select to buy the sessions individually. Just click on the “Add to Basket” icon of your selected item. Then a small screen will pop up confirming the basket contents. It has three options. 1. Continue Shopping. 2. View Basket. 3. Checkout. If you are happy with your selection, click “Checkout”.
Step 3. The next screen is headed “Billing Details”. Here you will be asked to fill in your name and email address. You will also need to set up an account name and password for the My Weigh Less website. Make a note of your username and password, or save it on your device, because you will need this information to access your purchases immediately, and also to enable you to re-download any, or all of your sessions, at any time in the future.
Step 4. The next step is to click on the PayPal icon. You will then have the option to pay, either via PayPal, or by using a debit or credit card.
Step 5. As soon as your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from My Weigh Less, with a link to your download. This link will never expire, so you will always be able to access your sessions, using your username and password.
2. Why do I have to set up a user account in order to buy the sessions?

Once you have set up your account on the My Weigh Less website, you will be able to access your downloads as often as you wish. Also, it means that if you mislay your link, or change your device, you can always log in and link to your own personal downloads at any time in the future.
3. I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still buy the My Weigh Less Course?
Yes, you can buy My Weigh Less course without a PayPal account! You don’t need to have, or set up, a PayPal account, in order to purchase the My Weigh Less course. We also accept secure payments by credit, or debit card, as well as via PayPal.
4. I don’t have a PayPal account and don’t feel comfortable putting my bank card details on the Internet. Can I pay by bank transfer instead?

Of course! If you prefer not to make a payment online, you can email us and we will then send you our bank account details for you to pay by bank transfer. As soon as the money is cleared in our account, then we will email you the link to your download.
5. Is it possible to complete the course using only my mobile phone?
It really doesn’t matter which type of device you use to complete the course: mobile, tablet, desktop, or laptop. As long as you have a set of headphones, then all components of the course will function exactly as they have been designed to.
6. Does hypnotherapy work for weight loss?
Yes it does! And moreover, we have a number of case studies to prove it. People have also been using Hypnotherapy for over a century to help overcome all sorts of problems and issues. Then, in the 20th century, hypnosis was widely used to help people quit smoking. Hypno-birthing is a also very popular pain-relief option.
7. Can everyone be hypnotised?
Yes, everyone can be hypnotised: it is a natural state. For some people it takes only a few minutes, for others a little longer, but as long as you definitely want to be placed in a state of hypnosis, then it will happen. You can also read more about Hypnosis and weight loss here
8. How often do I have to do the sessions… Daily? Weekly?
Weekly sessions recommended…
You can complete the weight-loss treatment over whatever timescale you wish. In trials, however, we found that a weekly schedule to listen to the twelve main sessions provided the best results. It is fine, of course, and may be beneficial, to repeat any sessions that are of particular interest to you. But it can also be flexible. So, if, for whatever reason, you have to miss a week, that’s no problem at all. You can just restart, whenever it’s convenient for you.
9. What is the speed of weight loss? How fast will I lose weight?

The speed of weight loss is different for everyone. This because a number of factors will have an influence, for example your starting weight. Also, as is normal, at the outset the weight loss may be very rapid, but then settles down to a regular weekly amount. As a result, after the initial period, most people can expect to lose around 1-2 pounds per week.

10. Do I have to exercise?
The simple answer to this question is not necessarily. In fact, it’s often quoted that around 80% of losing weight is a direct result of what goes in your mouth, and only around 20% is linked to how much you physically move. Also, there is a famous saying that you may have heard: “You can’t outrun a bad diet!” Of course, exercise is good for your general health and well-being, but it is certainly not a vital component in weight loss.

11. I have type 2 diabetes, and have been advised to lose weight, so is this the correct method for me to use?
Absolutely, of course! The MWL course is perfect for anyone suffering with diabetes! In fact, many of our past clients no longer need to take medication for prediabetes, or even diabetes, following their sessions, because they can now manage their blood sugar control completely normally. And also, much to her doctor’s surprise, Jackie Hay, who appears in our Success Stories section, no longer needed to take her daily Metformin, following her treatment.
12. Can you explain CBT, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy?

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a clinically-proven approach, the NHS and General Practitioners in the UK use CBT very successfully in a wide range of therapeutic situations. We also use CBT, ‘underpinned’ with hypnosis, as a powerful tool, when treating clients wishing to permanently lose weight. People are becoming more aware nowadays of the link between overeating and your state of mind. However, it is possible to re-train your brain through CBT therapy and hypnosis. Consequently you can reprogramme your eating habits, and so change and improve your whole relationship with food. 13. What type of therapies do you use in your sessions?

14. Can I cancel my purchase of the My Weigh Less course?
Once you have purchased the course and received the download code, unfortunately a refund is not possible .
15. Can I awaken myself at any time during the hypnosis part of the course?
Hypnosis Explained…
During a hypnosis session you are always in control, so you can open your eyes at any time if you want to. Therefore, it is not possible to get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis. If you are tired when you start listening to a hypnosis session, then you may drift in and out of sleep, which is quite normal. But don’t worry if you feel that you have missed any suggestions during the hypnosis, because you can always catch up by listening to the sessions regularly.
16. Is weight loss guaranteed with the My Weigh Less Treatment?

No weight-loss approach comes with a 100% guarantee. Even drastic, bariatric surgery only has a success rate of less than 70% on average. We do know however, that our approach works. This, of course, is subject to your commitment to follow the advice. You also need to be prepared to put in the effort needed to change your relationship with food, and alcohol too, if necessary. 17. Is there an upper or lower limit on a person’s BMI, or their weight, to benefit from this course?
So long as a person’s weight is over the healthy weight range, then the MWL treatment will prove to be beneficial. As previously stated on the other pages of this site, we have helped a number of clients. Some of them wanted to lose just 14 pounds, maybe to fit into a wedding dress, whereas others, like Sarah Hart, who appears on the site, lost 140 pounds. As a result, she literally halved her body weight!
18. I live in the United States, can I still complete the My Weigh Less Course?
The My Weigh Less Course can be downloaded and completed anywhere in the world.
19. I want to purchase this for my fifteen year old daughter, is it suitable?
As it states on the website, our youngest client was 14 years of age, our oldest 86, so yes it will be fine for your daughter.
20. Is the MWL course available in different languages?
At the present time the course is only available in English.
