Inhabitants of the Blue Zone areas eat an abundance of locally-grown, organic fruit and veg, whole grains, like oats, barley, and brown rice (not wheat), beans (legumes), nuts and seeds, and plenty of olive oil. In contrast, they only eat small amounts of protein, fish several times per week, and around 50g of chicken, pork, or lamb, maybe just once or twice per week. The meat is naturally high in healthy Omega-3. This is because the animals are free-range, living on grass and plants, not grain! And, of course, highly processed convenience food doesn’t feature at all in these areas.

So, it seems quite logical to conclude that red wine (in moderation and combined with a healthy diet, of course!) is good for you.
